Information You Provide

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use Read the Air. Your favorite phrases are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and are not transmitted to our servers.

Automatically Collected Information

Our app communicates with our API server to fetch phrase data. During this process, standard server logs may temporarily record:

  • IP address
  • Request timestamps
  • Device type and operating system version

These logs are used solely for maintaining service reliability and are automatically deleted within 30 days.

Data Storage

All user preferences and favorites are stored locally on your device. We do not store any personal data on our servers. Phrase content is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.

Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services:

  • Cloudflare Workers & D1 — for hosting our API and phrase database

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in our app.

Children's Privacy

Read the Air is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or on our website.
